Pilot terms and data use

What the pilot covers

• A short pilot, run with you, using aggregate information about your community that you send us.
• A read of what is working, what is stalling and what to try next.
• Suggested posts, prompts and events, which are only published after you approve them in writing.
• A written summary at the end of the pilot.

What the pilot never covers

• We never ask for your password and never sign in to your community.
• We never collect, buy or scrape member lists, profiles, messages or contact details.
• We never post, comment or message anyone in your community without your written approval.
• We never sell your information or share it with another community.

How your information is used

• Only counts and totals — members, posts, comments, reactions, attendance — plus notes you write yourself.
• Screenshots you upload are used to read those totals and nothing else; remove names before uploading.
• Anything shared publicly is aggregate and does not identify a member.
• Your information is kept for the pilot and our standard retention window, and is deleted on request.
• Every result is an estimate to guide decisions, never a guarantee of growth, revenue or reach.

Your control

• You can pause or withdraw at any time, and nothing further is stored after you do.
• You can ask for a copy of what we hold about your community, or ask us to delete it.
• You approve every piece of content before it goes anywhere near your members.

The agreement you will tick

• I am an owner or admin of this community and may agree on its behalf.
• I have read what the pilot will and will not do.
• I have read how our information is used, kept and deleted.
• I understand no passwords are shared and no member data is collected.
• I will send only aggregate totals or screenshots with names removed.
• Nothing is posted in my community without my written approval.

Until every one of these is agreed, we cannot save community measurements, post examples or survey answers.
