NICHE BUSTERS ("we", "us") wants you to be happy with Niche Busters. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.
Subscriptions
- Monthly and annual plans are billed in advance and renew automatically.
- You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Monthly plans: non-refundable once the billing period has started. No partial refunds for unused days.
- Annual plans: refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 7 days of the initial term if you have not consumed more than 25% of your monthly quota.
- Credits do not roll over: monthly plan credits and usage allowances reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits are forfeited at reset and are not refundable, transferable, or convertible to cash.
- Purchased credits: credits bought separately expire one year (12 months) from the purchase date. Unused purchased credits are refundable only within 14 days of purchase and only if none of that purchase has been consumed; after that, and upon expiration, they are non-refundable and have no cash value.
One-Time Reports (Quick Reports, Vendor Event, Commerce & Product Survival Scan™)
Quick Reports (QuickScan Business Report, Strategic Intelligence Report), Vendor Event Profitability Scanner™ reports, NICHE BUSTERS Commerce reports, and the Product Survival Scan™ full report ($99, one-time) are one-time digital products produced specifically from the information you submit.
- Before delivery: if you purchased but your report has not yet been generated or unlocked, email us and we will refund in full.
- After delivery: once the report has been generated, unlocked, viewed, or exported, it is non-refundable, because the product has been fully performed.
- Pay-to-unlock verticals: submitting an intake is free. You are only charged when you choose to unlock the completed report, and unlocking constitutes delivery.
- Wrong or incomplete inputs: reports built from inaccurate, partial, or outdated information you supplied are not refundable. We will regenerate once, as a courtesy, if you submit corrected inputs within 14 days.
- Bundles: multi-event bundles are refundable only for events that have not yet been scanned; delivered events in the bundle are charged at the single-report price.
- Technical failure: if a report cannot be produced due to a fault on our side, you receive a full refund or a regeneration at your choice.
Demo Events & Live Gap Snapshot Applications
Demo Event registration and Live Gap Snapshot candidate applications are free. No payment is collected at registration and no refund applies. If a selected Live Gap Snapshot candidate chooses to purchase an optional paid scan, the purchase is treated as a one-time report under the rules above.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged twice or in error, contact us within 60 days and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
Service Outages
If a confirmed outage causes you to lose access for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period, contact us and we will issue a pro-rata service credit.
What Is Not Refundable
- Charges older than 60 days.
- Plans on which the monthly quota has been substantially consumed.
- Add-ons, Quick Reports, Vendor Event, Commerce, or Product Survival Scan™ reports that have been delivered, unlocked, viewed, or exported.
- Cancellations made after a renewal has already processed (cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge).
EU / UK Consumers
EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly request the Service to begin and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed within the 14-day period. Separately, NICHE BUSTERS offers a voluntary 7-day refund window for annual plans as described above.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@getnichebusters.com from the email address on your account with your order ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunds are issued by NICHE BUSTERS, 3245 Main St. Ste.235 #304, Frisco, TX 75034.
