NICHE BUSTERS does not guarantee revenue, profits, leads, sales, rankings, virality, followers, engagement, customer acquisition, funding, investment outcomes, business success, or market dominance. All scores, estimates, recommendations, and projections are strategic decision-support tools and should be reviewed with professional judgment before business decisions are made.
2. What NICHE BUSTERS Does Not Guarantee
Scores, probabilities, projections, and recommendations are strategic estimates only. They are not guarantees of revenue, leads, rankings, sales, customer growth, virality, funding, market share, or business success. Outcomes depend on execution quality, offer strength, market conditions, customer behavior, competition, budget, timing, and other factors outside NICHE BUSTERS' control.
3. Internal vs. Commercial Use
Personal, Starter, Pro, and Elite plans are for the subscriber's own internal business or brand use unless otherwise stated. Client-facing reports, paid consulting deliverables, resale, white-label reports, agency-style services, public commercial use, investor presentations, franchise analysis, and corporate decision packages require an approved Agency, Enterprise, or Commercial License.
4. Agency / Enterprise License Requirements
Agency, Enterprise, and Commercial License users may use approved NICHE BUSTERS outputs for client-facing strategy, reporting, and commercial use only within the scope of their active license. Users may not misrepresent NICHE BUSTERS outputs as guaranteed results, formal financial forecasts, legal opinions, investment advice, or verified market research unless independently validated. White-label use is only permitted when explicitly included in the active subscription or written agreement.
5. AI-Assisted Analysis Limitations
NICHE BUSTERS uses AI-assisted analysis to organize information, identify patterns, generate strategic recommendations, and support decision-making. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, assumptions, or incomplete interpretations. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and applying outputs with professional judgment.

Results depend on execution, consistency, market conditions, offer strength, audience response, and competition.

Vendor Event Profitability Scanner™ outputs are estimates based on the booth fee, costs, margins, and event details you provide plus visible public-facing signals. Break-even figures, attendance assumptions, fee risk, organizer trust, and go/no-go recommendations are decision-support estimates only — not financial forecasts, and not a guarantee of sales, foot traffic, weather, organizer performance, or return on investment. Verify all event terms directly with the organizer before paying any booth or table fee.
Commerce Profit Leak Scan, Profit Priority Engine, Trust Leak Scan, and Price Power outputs are strategic estimates based on user-provided business, pricing, margin, and offer data plus visible public signals. They are not financial forecasts, business valuations, investment advice, or guarantees of revenue, profit, or sales improvement.
Product Survival Scan™ outputs — Survival Score, Trend Vulnerability Score, Market Fit Score, demand stage, price position, and the SCALE / STRENGTHEN / REPOSITION / HARVEST / REPLACE / STOP / TEST BEFORE INVESTING decision — are decision-support estimates based on the product, cost, margin, and inventory details you provide plus observable market signals. Its pillar scores are probabilistic interpretations of business-level inputs and visible public signals, not verified facts, trustworthiness determinations, legal findings, or statements about all members of any community. Cultural and community observations are evidence-informed signals only, and outputs must never be used for lending, employment, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or government-benefit decisions, or to exclude or target people based on protected characteristics.
The Cross-Cultural Revenue Gap Analyzer™ is an internal, admin-only decision-support tool. Its expansion-readiness score covers visibility, trust, purchase friction, relevance and competitive position. The bias indicator is deliberately excluded from that score, is never expressed as a number, and is evidence-gated. 11. Demo Event & Live Gap Snapshot Limitations
Demo Event registration and Live Gap Snapshot candidate applications are free and optional. Submitting an RSVP or application does not create a paid subscription, guarantee attendance, or guarantee selection for a live snapshot. Event details (date, time, location, format, capacity) are subject to change; registrants will be notified of material changes by email.

13. No Defamation / No Harmful Claims
Users may not use NICHE BUSTERS outputs to make false, misleading, defamatory, disparaging, or unverifiable claims about competitors, individuals, businesses, organizations, clients, or markets. Strategic insights should be framed as internal observations, visible gaps, estimates, or opportunities unless independently verified.
14. Anti-Spam and Outreach
NICHE BUSTERS outreach tools may not be used for misleading, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, harassing, mass-spam, or unlawful outreach. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable email, SMS, telemarketing, advertising, privacy, and platform rules.
15. Report Ownership and IP Protection
Generated using NICHE BUSTERS. This report contains proprietary structure, scoring categories, strategic frameworks, and AI-assisted analysis. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, white-labeling, redistribution, removal of branding/watermarks, reverse engineering, or use to create a competing product or service is prohibited unless expressly permitted by an active Agency, Enterprise, or Commercial License.
White-label access, if enabled, permits approved client-facing presentation of specific reports under the terms of the active license. It does not transfer ownership of NICHE BUSTERS' proprietary systems, workflows, scoring categories, prompts, frameworks, report structure, software, design, or underlying methodology. Users may not copy, clone, reverse engineer, package, or commercialize substantially similar systems without written permission.
16. Export and Watermark Rules
Every exported report includes a report ID, export ID, visible generation metadata, and a disclaimer footer. Non-agency reports include a visible internal-use watermark and commercial-resale prohibition. Removal of watermarks or ownership notices without an approved commercial license is a violation of these terms.
17. Prohibited Uses

18. Multi-Account Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits, export limits, niche-switching limits, brand profile limits, commercial licensing requirements, trial restrictions, or usage controls is prohibited and may result in restricted access, required upgrade, suspension, or termination.
